Arrests
The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Wednesday was as follows:
• Fred A. Mahaffey, 11-17-72, of 1240 Rainbow Lane, Brookhaven — arrested for no proof of liable insurance and driving with a suspended license by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Clarice Smith, 12-05-80, of 2008 Brignall Road, Brookhaven — arrested for petit larceny by Brookhaven Police Department.
• Troy E. Washington Jr., 01-02-95, of 545 St. Charles Place, Brookhaven — arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace, resisting arrest, public profanity, aggravated assault and probation violation by BPD.
• Howard White, 12-02-81 — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by LCSO.

Fire reports
The Brookhaven Fire Department reported a smoke scare at 524 Brookman Drive. Firefighters arrived at approximately 6:35 p.m. and cleared the scene at 7:20 p.m.
King’s Daughters
Ambulance Report
King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service had nine calls Thursday; five were transfers, with one to Southwest, one to Copiah County, one to Hattiesburg and two to Jackson. There were four emergency calls, with four medical and all four in the city.
