Funeral services for Charles L. Smith Sr. of Meadville are Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Sinai M. B. Church in Meadville with burial in the Meadville cemetery.

Visitation is Friday Feb. 12, 2016, from 12 until 5 p.m. at the funeral home, and Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, from 1 p.m. until time of services.

Mr. Smith, 61, died Feb. 6, 2016, at Jacquith Nursing Home in Whitfield.
