Funeral services for Nora Touchstone Brown are Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) with burial to follow in the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Lonnie Case will be officiating the services. Brookhaven Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation is Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and will continue on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, from 1 until 2 p.m.
Mrs. Brown, 67, died Feb. 18, 2016, at Haven Hall Nursing Home in Brookhaven. She was born Aug. 10, 1948, in Brookhaven to Ernest Pepper and Lilly Dixon Pepper Moak. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Lawrence County. She was a retired registered nurse from the Lincoln County Health Department. She loved to paint and to travel. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Ernest Pepper and Lilly Dixon Pepper Moak; husbands, Riley Touchstone Jr. and Alvin Brown; daughter, Jane Touchstone Oliver; and sister, Lorene Pepper Furr.
Survivors are her sons, David Touchstone and his wife, Dianne, of Brookhaven and Corey Touchstone and his wife, Jessica, of Brookhaven; brother, William Pepper of Brookhaven; granddaughter, Leah Oliver of Brookhaven; four great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Pete Lawrence Damico
Funeral services for Pete Lawrence Damico of Brookhaven are Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at 2:30 p.m., at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with burial at Riverwood Memorial Park.
Visitation is Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Damico, 88, died Feb. 19, 2016, at his residence. He was born Dec. 18, 1927, to Joseph Charlie Damico and Sanny Rose D’antoni Damico Arnold. He was a production foreman in the oilfield industry and was also a residential contractor. He served his country in the United States Navy in World War II and was a member of Easthaven Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Jeffreys Damico; and his parents, Joseph Charlie Damico and Sanny Rose D’antoni Damico Arnold.
Survivors are his wife, Nancy Paxton Damico; daughters, Lynne Damico Tullos and husband, Tim, and Dianne Damico Latour and husband, Blaine; brothers, Robby Arnold and Earl Arnold; sister, Patricia Arnold Beavers; five grandchildren, Meghann Tullos, Tyler Tullos and wife, Crystal, Linzi Thibodeaux and husband, Jeff; Ben Latour and wife, Robyn, and Rachal Latour; six great-grandchildren; and one step-son, Paul Paxton.
