Charles Hunter Kergosien and Linda (Roebuck) Kergosien of Brookhaven celebrated their 50^th wedding anniversary Feb. 26, 2016.

The Kergosiens graduated from Hazlehurst High School in 1961 and were married at First Baptist Church in Hazlehurst. They have two sons, Dr. Charles Arthur Kergosien and wife, Molly Kergosien, of Brookhaven and Dr. David Kergosien  and wife, Dr. Elizabeth Kergosien, of Mandeville, Louisiana. They have been blessed with five grandchildren.

Hunter served in the United States Air Force and retired from Entergy in 2005. Linda was a loved teacher in the Brookhaven Public Schools devoting many of her years to Alexander Junior High School.  They are honored by their children and grandchildren and wished many more happy anniversaries.
