• Eric W. Benoit, 6-23-76, of 524 North Church Street — arrested for probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections

• Tommy Boyte, 11-14-70, of 2444 Pleasant Hill, Bogue Chitto — arrested for petit larceny by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office

• Donald Fleming, 7-22-64, of 4412 Northwest Highway 550 — arrested for false pretenses and indictment by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office

• Ashley L. Gros, 11-27-83, of 1403 North Church Street — arrested for public drunkenness by the Brookhaven Police Department

• Abdullah Nolen, 11-23-90, of 1868 Center Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia — arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace by the Brookhaven Police Department
