The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity for Thursday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to a single vehicle accident with injuries at 9:21 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Old Hwy. 51 and Wesson Road. They responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 11:19 p.m. Thursday at Hwy 51 and Belton Lane.

King’s Daughters Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reports 17 calls for Thursday. Eight were transfers, with six to Jackson, one to Pike County and one in the city. There were nine emergency calls; eight medical, with five in the city and three in the county, and one MVAs in the county.
