Fire reports

The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a car gasoline overflow at 8:34 a.m. Wednesday at Brookway Boulevard. BFD was asked to wash down a car after an individual pumping gas let it overflow onto the side of the car and the ground.

 

Monticello reports

The Monticello Police Department reported no activity for Saturday through Monday.

The Monticello Fire Department responded to a stove fire at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Broadmeadow apartments. No injuries were reported.

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity for Saturday through Monday.

 

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department reported no activity for Saturday through Monday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity for Saturday through Monday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department reports were not available for Saturday through Monday.

 

Highway Patrol reports

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a motorcycle accident with injuries at 7:46 p.m. Monday on Hwy 51 N.

 

King’s Daughters Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reports 49 calls for Saturday through Monday. Eleven were transfers, with seven to Jackson, three to Pike County and one in the city. There were 38 emergency calls; 21 medical, with 13 in the city and eight in the county; seven traumas, with five in the city and two in the county; eight MVAs, with one in the city and seven in the county; and two cardiacs, with one in the city and one in Copiah County.
