Funeral services for Jack L. Cole, 67, are Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Topisaw Baptist Church at 11 a.m.

Visitation is Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service from 5-9 p.m.

Mr. Jack L. Cole Sr. died March 31, 2016, at VA Hospital. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on May 28, 1948. He was employed with the Department of Transportation and  served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Cole was a member of Topisaw Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Forest Steven Cole and Ruby Sullivan Cole; and his brother Steven Cole.

Survivors are his wife, Rachel Davis Cole; son, Jack L. Cole Jr.; daughters, Jacqie Cole Hudson, Ruby Sawin, Leann Cole, Reba Rogers and Audrey Peavy; sister, Sara Elizabeth Malley; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and special friend, J.T. Addison
