Monticello Reports
The Monticello Police Department reports no activity for Friday and early Saturday.
The Monticello Fire Department reports a medical call at 11:34 a.m. Saturday and responded to a vehicle versus tractor accident on Highway 84 at the Lawrence-Lincoln County line at 1:19 p.m. MFD also responded to a medical call at 5:20 p.m. Saturday.
The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department reports no activity for Friday and early Saturday.
Copiah County Reports
The Wesson Police Department reports no activity for Friday and early Saturday.
The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reports no activity for Sunday and Monday.
Mississippi Highway Patrol
The Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a two-vehicle accident on Highway 84 at Jackson-Liberty Drive at 9:26 a.m. Friday with no injuries. MHP responded to a one-vehicle accident on Highway 84 at Echo Lane at 8 p.m. Friday. MHP also responded to a two-vehicle accident on Highway 84 west of Lawrence County line at 1:19 p.m. MHP reported a fatality.
KDMC Ambulance Report
King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reports 15 calls for Friday; with four transfers, three to Jackson and one to Pike County. There were 11 emergencies, seven medical, with six in the city and one in county; and one traumas in the county; three motor vehicle accidents in the county.
