The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

•Jody M. Cothron, 7-17-76, of 2306 Barfoot Circle – aggravated animal cruelty by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Cindy L. King, 3-12-57, of 412 S. Jackson St. – arrested for public drunk by the BPD.

•Tristan Smith, 8-26-96, of 216 Linton Ave. – arrested for credit card fraud by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Jimmy Townes, 5-7-72, of 310 Greenwood Lane, Bogue Chitto – arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace, reckless driving, resisting arrest, contempt of municipal court, no proof of liability insurance, DUI first offense, justice court warrant, expired vehicle tag, expired driver’s license and shoplifting by the BPD.
