The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

•Christopher D. Allen, 2-28-74, of 2198 Bethel Road – arrested for a possession of a weapon by a convicted felon by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•James Burris, 6-14-90, of 1608 Hurricane Lake – arrested for a DUI first offense by the LCSO.

•Ruby Daniels, Jr., 12-2-46, of 516 E. Cherokee St. – arrested for a probation violation by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•James P. Johns, 2-18-86, of 3369 China Grove Road – arrested for the possession of a controlled substance and a justice court warrant by the LCSO.

•James Johnson, 1-15-65, of 2438 Ellis Road – arrested for the possession of open beer by the BPD.
