Graveside services for Claudia Leo Noble Kenney are Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at 11 a.m. in Rosehill Cemetery. Harrigill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 9:45 until 10:15 a.m. at Harrigill Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kenney, 99, died Sunday, May 15, 2016, at her residence in Greenville. She was born on Oct. 14, 1916, in Brookhaven to Rufus W. Noble and Josie Oliver.

Mrs. Kenney, until her retirement, was a beautician and the owner of Haven Beauty Nook, and she was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Robert Kenney Jr.; brothers, Garland W. Noble and Rufus Noble; sisters, Josie Mae Dillard, Mary Silvester, Merle Noble, Mildred Covington, Ruth Collinson, Anell Noble and Nita Vern Smith.

Survivors are her daughters, Carolyn K. Brumfield and husband, Jim, of Irving, Texas, and Marilyn K. George and husband, Mike, of Greenville; sister, Jeanette N. Haag of Brookhaven; sisters-in-law, Nan Noble and Nelda Kemm, both of Brookhaven; five grandchildren, Ken Brumfield (Jami) of Tyler, Texas, Kyle Brumfield (Katie) of The Colony, Texas, Kimberly Pino (Alfie) of Dallas, Texas, Michael George of Lake Village, Arkansas, and Melissa George Mangrum (Carl) of Greenville; 14 great-grandchildren, J.B., Jonathan, Joshua and Joseph Noble Brumfield, Kody, Kylie and Kade Brumfield, Cameron, Caroline, Claire and Clarke Pino, Mason and Meri Madison George and Chloe Mangrum; and numerous nieces and nephews.
