Monticello reports

The Monticello Police Department reported no activity Saturday through Monday.

The Monticello Fire Department reported a medical call on Barns Circle saturday. They received the call at 9:43 a.m. and were back at the station at 9:45 a.m. They also reported a motor vehicle accident Monday at 5:41 a.m. on Carmel-New Hope Road and Light Plant Road. They were back at the station at 6:32 a.m. They also reported another medical call at 10:15 p.m. Monday on Carmel-New Hope Road. They returned to the station at 10:45 p.m. The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Saturday through Monday.

 

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department reported no activity Saturday through Monday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Saturday through Monday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department reported no activity Saturday through Monday.

 

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M reported two accidents Saturday; one one-vehicle accident on I-55 Southbound on the exit 42 on-ramp with no injuries at 3:55 a.m. The second was a two vehicle accident with no injures on I-55 Southbound at exit 40 at 4:31 p.m. On Sunday, MHP reported one two-vehicle accident with two injuries on I-55 Southbound at mile marker 35 at 7:09 p.m. MHP also reported two accidents Monday; one one-vehicle accident with no injuries on Hwy, 64 at the 84 Chevron at 10:06 a.m. and another one-vehicle accident with no injuries on Hwy. 550 at 10:50 a.m.
