Funeral services for David Wilkins Alexander of Meadville are Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Meadville United Methodist Church. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is today from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Riverwood and will resume at the church from 12:30 p.m. until time of services.

Mr. Alexander, 60, died Monday, June 27, 2016, at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson. He was born Aug. 7, 1955, to Monte Edgar Alexander and Bettye Sue Wilkins Alexander.

Mr. Alexander was a member of the Pro Miss, Kairos, Walk to Emmaus, Col-Lin Alumni Association, MS State Alumni Association, Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, Franklin County Education Corporation and Meadville Baptist Church. Mr. Alexander was an electronics engineer for Cellular South.

Survivors are his sister, Melinda Bradford of Meadville; and nephews, Joshua Bradford and Jacob Bradford and wife, Leizza; and a host of family and friends.
