Funeral services for William N. Hennen are Saturday, June 16, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) with burial in Ruth Cemetery in Ruth. Bro. Tim Allred will officiate. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of services at Brookhaven Funeral Home.

Mr. Hennen, 83, died Sunday, July 10, 2016, in Folsom, Louisiana. He was born Sept. 6, 1932, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Marion F. and Eva M. Newell Hennen.

He was a member of the United States Army, stationed in occupational Germany. He enjoyed attending auctions and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and wife of 61 years, Shirley D. Moffitt Hennen.

Survivors are his sons, David M. Hennen and wife, Nancy, of Folsom, Louisiana, and Charles T. Hennen and wife, Anna, of Ruth; grandchildren, Brian D. Hennen and Vanessa Wilson; great-grandchildren, Hanna and Trevor Nelson; and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials for William N. Hennen may be made to Ruth Baptist Church of Ruth.
