Jamie and Dana Nettles, of Bogue Chitto, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Alana Nettles, of Bogue Chitto, to Logan Reid, of Pricedale.

He is the son of Wayne Reid, of Pricedale, and Susie Reid, of Summit.

She is the granddaughter of John and Elaine Roberts, of Bogue Chitto, and Doug and Cindy Nettles, of Bogue Chitto.

He is the grandson of the late Louis Boggs and the late Melson and Emily Dozier and the late Bill Reid and the late Earline Reid.

The bride-elect is attending Southwest Mississippi Community College where she is pursuing a nursing degree.

The prospective groom is a 2014 graduate of Southwest, where he studied process operation technology.

The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 13, 2014, at Calvary Baptist Church on Hwy. 44 in Pricedale. A reception will follow.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and the reception.
