Funeral services for Billy L. Stephens, of Monticello, will be held Friday, July 22, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home with burial in Stephens Cemetery in Silver Creek. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Stephens, 83, died Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at his residence. He was born Dec. 12, 1932, in Silver Creek.
