Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday were as follows:

• Danny Dail, 8-9-1984, of 142 E. County Lane, Shubuta — arrested for public drunkenness by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• James M. Thomas, 1-7-1975, of 1274 Enterprise Drive, Bogue Chitto — arrested for failure to appear by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
