Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Wednesday were as follows:

• Helen Mercier, 8-7-1948, of 2783 Hwy. 51 SE., Bogue Chitto — arrested for embezzlement

• John Robinson, Jr, 7-3-1958, of 1330 Bill Lambert Lane — arrested for public drunkenness and possession of open beer by the BPD.

• Troy E. Washington, 1-2-1995, of 545 Saint Charles Place NE. — arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace by the BPD.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
