Graveside services for Billy Joe Scroggins, of Pensacola, Florida, formerly of Brookhaven, were 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016, at Riverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation was Saturday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service.

Mr. Scroggins, 76, died Sept. 1, 2016, at his residence. He was born March 25, 1940, to Joe and Orie Scroggins.

He owned and operated a pipe and tobacco store and was a member of the Mystic Stripers Mardi Gras Society.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and daughter, Leigh Ann Scroggins.

Survivors are his wife, Arlene Scroggins; stepsons, Steve Kramer and wife, Dawn, David Kramer, and wife, Dana; brother, Ronnie Scroggins and wife, Jeralyn; two grandchildren, Hannah Watson and husband, Donald, and Heather Macan and husband, Jacob; one great-granddaughter, Allison Watson; nephew, Boone Scroggins and wife, Melissa; and great niece, Tori Scroggins.
