Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Wednesday were as follows:

• Darrell L. Gilmore, 12-7-1978, of 1639 E. Coopertown Road — arrested for a probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Sylvester Williams, 5-20-1975, of 632 N. Sixth St. — arrested for simple assault by the BPD.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
