Suspects sought in ATM smash-and-grab are considered armed and dangerous

Brookhaven Police have identified two alleged suspects in the ATM theft at the C Store on Hwy. 51 Sept. 20.
Police have issued warrants for Gregory Trigg of the Jackson area and Thaddeus Lathomas Jarvis of the Baton Rouge area.
Both men are considered armed and dangerous, according to a police spokesman. Police believe they are in the Jackson area.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call Brookhaven Police Department at 601-833-2424.
The Identification was made using evidence from the scene and the assistance from joining jurisdictions.
A truck was used to smash into a wall of the Exxon. It was found on fire behind the Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall on Field Lark Lane soon after.
Police were able to match the vehicle identification number and discovered that the truck had been stolen from Crystal Springs Sept 19.
The Lincoln and Copiah counties’ sheriff’s departments are assisting in the investigation.
