Gerri’e Hamm, 65, of Brookhaven, died Saturday Sept. 24, 2016, at her residence. Riverwood Family Services are in charge of arrangements.

She was born Aug. 27, 1951, to Robert and Geraldine Jackson.

She was a homemaker and was a member of New Hope Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her husband, Thelbert Hamm; son, Ricky Hamm and wife Shannon; daughters, Regina Compton and husband Tim, and Nikki Hamm; six grandchildren, Jessica Machen, Brett Sherbert, Morgan Sherbert, Rachel Leonard, Allison Leonard and Anna Leonard; and two great-grandchildren, Troy Machen and Adelyn Sherbert.
