Funeral services for Teddy Dale Martin are 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, 2016, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto. Bro. David Boyd will officiate the services.

Visitation is Monday, Oct. 3, 2016, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at Brookhaven Funeral Home. Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Martin, 58, died on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, at his residence. He was born on Jan. 15, 1958, in Brookhaven, to H. B. Martin and Vera Mae Smith Martin. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother.

Preceding him in death were his parents; son, Teddy Dale Martin Jr.; daughter, Virginia Hope Bales; grandson, Allen Chandler Martin; and brothers, Gary Martin Sr. and Richard Martin.

Survivors are his wife, Paulette Bales Martin, of Brookhaven; daughter, Paula Bergeron and husband, James, of Monticello; son, Bradley Martin, of Bogue Chitto; grandchildren, Kami, Roy and Chelsey Dickerson, Clifton and Christopher Bergeron, Nicholas, Carey and Grant Martin, and Taylor Davis; sisters, Debbie Adams and husband, Jesse, and Sherry Adams, all of Bogue Chitto; brothers Bruce Martin Sr., of Madison, and Johnny Martin Sr., of Carrollton, Georgia; and a host of family and friends.
