Photo by Julia Miller/Natalie Ybarra, Junior Auxiliary second vice president of finance, sorts through shrimp Wednesday to ensure only the best make it on the plates at the 29th annual Peel ‘Em and Eat ‘Em Shrimp Dinner, which is today from 3 to 7 p.m. at Brookhaven Recreation Department. A limited number tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. The dinner is the only fundraiser JA holds to support their various service projects, ranging from scholarships and clothes closets at local schools to Wish Tree and Smile Games.
