• Jeremy Blackwell, 6-24-1996, of 148 Brister Street — arrested for DUI — first offense, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, speeding, no proof of liability insurance and careless driving by the MHP.

• Rowan Chatman, 9-9-1969, of 310 Yellow Pine St. SE, Bogue Chitto — arrested for embezzlement by the BPD.

• Peggy Emfinger, 5-27-1981, of 1978 Quinn Road Lot 9 — arrested for false reporting of a crime and petit larceny by the BPD.

• Eric F. Gardener, 6-29-1984, of 989 Mallalieu Drive — arrested for grand larceny by the LCSO.
