Funeral services for Charles Ray Powell Sr. will be Saturday, Oct.15, 2016, at 10 a.m. at Topeka Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Powell Family Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Bro. Dale Authement will officiate.

Powell, 89, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, at his residence. He was born Aug. 4, 1927, in Jayess.
