Funeral services for Eddie Jake Smith, of Brookhaven, will be Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, at 1 p.m. at Monticello Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Hepzibah Cemetery in Silver Creek. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Rev. Jon Daniels will officiate.

Smith, 18, died Oct. 8, 2016, in Silver Creek. He was born July 29, 1998, in Brookhaven.
