Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Wednesday were as follows:

• Timothy Harris, 6-1-1981, of 2136 Brignal Road — arrested for failure to pay child support by the LCSO.

• Donald Nunnery Jr, 8-20-1998, of 349 Catalpa, Bogue Chitto — arrested for embezzlement by the BPD.

• Furr Tryston, 3-29-1997, of 1073 Hart Lane, Summit — arrested for contempt of court by the LCSO.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
