Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday were as follows:

• Carie M. Cardwell, 12-23-1985, of 2161 Lloyd Hamilton Road — arrested for failure to appear by the BPD.

• Donovan Davis, 8-4-1987, of 318 W. Court St. — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by the BPD.

• Luke E. Jackson, 10-14-1969, of 407 J.W. Morgan — arrested for contempt of city court by the BPD.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
