A memorial service for Kenny Wagner Thornhill, of Brookhaven, will be held Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, 4 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Home Service.

Visitation will follow the service until 6 p.m.

Mr. Thornhill, 64, died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016, at his residence. He was born Feb. 13, 1952. He was an outside plant engineer and consultant. He loved his friends like family, enjoyed playing golf, fishing, hunting and working at Scrub-a-Dub.

Preceding him in death were his parents, J.H. “Junior” Thornhill Jr. and Alma “Inez” Burt.

Survivors are his son, Corey; daughters, Trish and Karen; a sister, Judy Barnette (Phillip) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Rhonda Myers (Cliff) of Raleigh, North Carolina; nephews, Chris Myers, Michael Barnett, Keller Barnett, and Paul Barnette.
