Saturday is last day to vote absentee in Lincoln County

The Lincoln County Circuit Clerk’s office will be open from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday for last-minute absentee voting.

That will be the last day to vote absentee, Circuit Clerk Dustin Bairfield said.

Voters can request a ballot to be mailed, but it has to be notarized and mailed back to the clerk’s office by Nov. 7, he said.

Election day is Nov. 8. The polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.

There are 20,647 active registered voters in Lincoln County,
Bairfield said.
