Funeral services for William Charles “Chuck” Rials, of Jayess, will be held today, Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello. Burial will follow in Sauls Valley Cemetery in Monticello. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Bro. Winston Fortenberry will officiate.
