Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

• Daniel Foreman, 1-11-1980, of 3372 E. Hwy. 24, Woodville — arrested for public drunkenness by the BPD.

• Davis Thomas, 7-12-1982, of 147 W. Enterprise St. — arrested for public drunkenness, public profanity and possession of open beer by the BPD.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
