Funeral services for Glenda Fay Miller Smith, of Brookhaven, are Friday, Dec. 16, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be today, Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016, from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home and will continue Friday, Dec. 16, 2016, from 12:30 p.m. until time of service.

Mrs. Smith, 75, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2016, in Bogue Chitto. She was born Dec. 14, 1940, to Altamond Chandler and Hettie Case Chandler. She was also a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Gerald H. Smith; parents; one sister and brother-in-law, Ella Rose Chandler Ladner and Robert Ladner; three brothers, Robert Earl Chandler, Sammie Chandler and her twin brother, Billy Ray Chandler; and one granddaughter, Marriah Bales Barron.

Survivors are her children, James Miller, of Lumberton, Texas, Timmy Miller and wife Darlene, of Bogue Chitto, Glenda (Tiny) Bales and husband Kevin Bales, of Bogue Chitto, Wendell Miller of Hernando, Angie Rushing, of Greenville, Danny Smith and wife Missy, of Deridder, Louisiana, Dennis Smith, of Leesville, Louisiana, Angie Magee and husband Paul, of Leesville, Louisiana, and Melody Murchison and husband Tim, of Natchitoches, Louisiana; 21 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
