•Juarez Isais, 12/19/1990, no address — arrested for  DUI- Frist offense, reckless driving, no proof of liability insurance, leavening the scene of an accident and expired driver’s license by Mississippi Highway Patrol

• Mitchell E. Mackabee, 11/30/1980, of 97 Katie Trail — arrested for  possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, no driver’s license, no seatbelt, no insurance, speeding, fail to yield to blue lights/right of way, and no taillights by BPD

• Derinesha Mobley, 04/04/1998, of 2193 Kylie Brook Lane — arrested for  introduction of controlled substance into correctional facility by Lincoln County Sheriff Office

• Billy Fairman, 03/04/1956, of 6021 Main St. Houston, Texas — arrested for  public profanity and indictment by BPD

• Thomas Z. Franklin, 08/16/1997, of 929 Bryant St. — arrested for  possession of open beer and possession of stolen firearm by BPD

• Carrie A. Howell, 09/03/1981, of 1483 Goforth Road, Little Rock — arrested for public drunk by BPD

• Lonnie O. Lenior, 09/02/1995, of 405 S. Second St. — arrested for contributing to the nelect or delin, pubic profanity, false information or identification and probation violation by BPD.
