• Charles H. Hyles, 08/14/1968 of 115 S Second Street — arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and public drunk by Brookhaven Police Department 

• Fred A. Anthony, 11/17/1972 of 1240 Rainbow Ave — arrested for indictment by Lincoln County Sheriff Office

• Shawn Fairman, 07/24/1998 of 305 Industrial Park Road — arrested for possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, no proof of liability insurance, and no driver’s license by BPD
• Jayden J. Shannon, 03/12/2001 of 309 Georgia Avenue — arrested for possession of a controlled substance by BPD
• Adarien Tillman, 06/23/1990 of 117 Butler Street, McCall Creek — arrested for failure to appear, seatbelt violation, and expired drivers license by BPD
• Romain S. Torns, 04/16/1977 of 4953 Oak Creek Drive, Jackson — arrested for false pretenses by BPD
• Terry C. Wilson, 08/28/1968 of 1586 Shanna — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence and possession of open beer by LCSO
