Andrew Knott is a 16-year-old junior at Brookhaven High School and is the star of the Cross Country team. Back in late November, Knott won the 2016 Stennis Space center half marathon in a record time of one hour, 22 minutes and nine seconds. Not only did Knott win the half marathon, but he was one of the youngest competitors in the field and ran against athletes in their mid 20’s. On the Brookhaven High School Cross Country team, he was selected to the 5A All State team. He is the son of Shannon and Cathe Knott.
