Funeral services for Gary Lynn Tarver, of Brookhaven, are Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, at noon at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at Clear Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. Tarver, 62, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017, at Haven Hall Nursing Home. He was born April 14, 1954, to Grady Tarver Sr. and Louella Nettles Tarver. He worked in the cattle business and was a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death was his father; brother-in-law, William Bowman; and nephew, Bradley Bowman.

Survivors are his mother; brother, Grady “Butch” Tarver Jr. and wife Sharon; sisters, Linda Bowman and Martha Cloer; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
