Funeral services for Dorothy Stanton Mitchell, of Hammond, Louisiana, are Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel in Brookhaven with burial at Rosehill Cemetery. Father Henry Shelton will officiate.

Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, at noon at the funeral home.

Ms. Mitchell, 87, died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, at Baton Rouge General Hospital in Louisiana. She was born July 30, 1929.
