Memorial services for Kathleen Garvin, of Brookhaven, are Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at 3 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church in McCall Creek. Bro. Willie Wright will officiate. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

A memorial gathering will be Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, from 1 p.m. until time of service at the church.

Mrs. Garvin, 55, died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017, at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born Jan. 10, 1962, in Wichita, Kansas, to the late Jimmy Garvin and Eve Rushing Roper. She was a member of Nola Baptist Church. She worked as a manager at Pizza Hut, Sonic, and Wal-mart before becoming disabled. She enjoyed woodworking, crafts, flea markets and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death was her father.

Survivors are her daughters, Elizabeth Moradmand, of Brookhaven, Stephanie Wolff Kelley and husband Jonathan, of Brookhaven, Samantha Wolff, of Bogue Chitto, Jennifer Wolff Pope and husband Dewayne, of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Heather Wolff, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Summer Wolff, of Brookhaven, Jamilynn Wolff, of Brookhaven, and Jessica Wolff, of Brookhaven; son, Chris Wolff and wife Sabrina, of Summit; mother; sisters, Genette Garvin Ratcliff, of McCall Creek, Cindi Garvin Hawley, of McCall Creek, and Sandra Garvin Cupit and husband Gery, of McCall Creek; nine grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of St. Luke’s Hospice.
