Monticello reports

The Monticello Police Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Monticello Fire Department responded to two fire alarms: one on East Lincoln Road and one on Jefferson Street. They also responded to a structure fire on Dewey Ballard Lane at 4:30 p.m.

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Thursday.

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to one medical on Lowery Road Thursday.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to one vehicle accident without injuries and one vehicle accident with injuries Thursday on I-55 North. They also responded to a vehicle vs. deer on I-55 South. No injuries were reported.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 24 calls Thursday. Seven were transfers, with one to city, one to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center and five to Jackson. There were 17 emergency calls; eleven medical, with seven in the city and four in the county; five traumas, with two in the city and three in the county; one MVA in the city.
