Funeral services for Carl E. Grenn, of McComb, are Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, at Hartman-Jones Funeral Home in McComb with burial at Hollywood Cemetery. Dr. Jim Porter and Connie Felter will officiate.

Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, from 11 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Mr. Grenn, 84, died Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson. He was born in Brookhaven June 29, 1932, to late Earl E. and Eunice Summers Grenn. He attended Centenary Methodist Church. He served in the US Navy. He loved sports, especially football where he played at Brookhaven High School, Co-Lin and FSU. He also owned and operated Parkside Bait Store for over 45 years. He loved his children and grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Preceding him in death by his parents; and three sisters, Neva Collins, Earleen Esber and Joyce Gill.

Survivors are his wife, Grace Grenn; daughter, Carla Allen (Roy); two sons, Gregory Grenn, Alan Grenn (Jolie); six grandchildren, Hayden Grenn, Dakota Grenn, Keegan Grenn, Blair Allen, Shelby Allen and Regan Allen; two brothers, Robert Grenn (Carol), and Arnold Grenn (Betty).

Pallbearers will be Roy Allen, Chip Grenn, James Biggart, Trevor Grenn and Travis Gill.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Centenary Methodist Church 500 Delaware Ave, McComb, MS 39648 and American Heart Association 7272 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75231.
