Graveside services for Johnnie Lee Bennett, of Monticello, are Saturday, March 4, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Oak Grove M.B. Church in Monticello with burial at the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Friday, March 3, 2017, from 1 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Family hour will be from 6 to 7 p.m.

Mr. Bennett, 71, died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017, at the VA Medical Center in Jackson. He was born Jan. 26, 1946, in Lawrence County to Zeno Martin and Helen Bennett Martin.
