A 3-year-old struck by a vehicle Monday night at a basketball game at Lipsey School was not injured.

Brookhaven Police Chief Bobby Bell said the child and his father were leaving the pee-wee basketball game about 8:35 p.m. when the accident occurred.

“The 3-year-old ran between the vehicles and was struck by a vehicle that was leaving the parking lot,” he said.
