• Dustin C. Allen, 09/15/1983, of 85 Auburn Lane — arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Troy Allen, 11/08/1967, of 1961 Paxton Lane — arrested for possession of a controlled substance and expired drivers license by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Janet C. Taylor, 01/11/1970, of 207 Hazlewood Drive — arrested for possession or receiving stolen property by BPD.

• Michael Whittington, 04/19/1959, of 5696 New Hope Road — arrested for shoplifting by BPD.
