• Ruby Hilliard, 11/04/1988, of 4221 Carter Circle in Jackson — arrested for speeding and possession of a controlled substance by Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• Anthony Scott Howell, 06/05/1981, of 1043 Long Branch Drive in Summitt — arrested for a court order by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Samuel Lamun Leggett, 09/15/1978, of 208 Walnut St. — arrested for simple assault by Lincoln County Sherrif’s Office.
