The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

• Terrell Diante Benson, 12/16/1996, of 414 Old Wesson Road — arrested for reckless driving, no proof of insurance, no seatbelt, possession of open beer, resisting arrest and no drivers license by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Charles Lee Lyons, 03/17/1980, of 809 Auburn Drive — arrested for aggravated assault and malicious mischief by BPD.

• Heather Thompson, 01/07/1984, of 104 Little Springs Rd. in Smithdale — arrested for public drunk by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
