Funeral services for Dorothy Elizabeth Richardson Turnbough, of Brookhaven were held Monday, July 24, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) with burial at the Rosehill Cemetery in Brookhaven. Rev. Lynn Mote officiated the services.

Visitation was held Sunday, July 23, 2017, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and continued Monday, July 24, 2017, from 1 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Turnbough, 96, died Friday, July 21, 2017, at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born Jan. 14, 1921, in Brownsville, Tennessee, to Grady Richardson and Nettie Craig Richardson. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Brookhaven and worked for many years at the Stahl Urban Company.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Morris Turnbough; parents; twin sister, Virginia; one brother and two sisters; a grandson, Karl Wollschlager; and great-granddaughter, Nealy Brown.

Survivors are her four children, Lynn Lauderdale, of Dandridge, Tenneesee, Kay Wollschlager, of Slidell, Louisiana, Debbie Schulz, of Katy, Texas, and William Turnbough, of Brookhaven; two granddaughters, Jennifer Jenkins, of Knoxville, Tenneessee, and Heather Brown, of Vicksburg; and four great-grandchildren, Payton, Lauren, Emma and Mason.
