Funeral services for Rebecca Ann Lea, of Wesson, are Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017, at 10 a.m. at Clear Branch Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be today, Aug. 9, 2017 from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. She will lie in state Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017, from 9 until time of service at the church.

Mrs. Lea, 48, died Monday, Aug. 7, 2017. She was born Nov. 14, 1968, to James Leroy and Peggy Faye Cox. She was a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed working with crafts.

Preceding her in death were her parents; father-in-law, Paul Lea; nephew, deputy William Durr; and brother-in-law, Ramsey Lea.

Survivors are her husband, Rufus Lea; son, Dalton Rushing and wife Tedra; daughter, Kayla Elkins; brother, Jimmy Cox and wife Debra; sister, Debbie Durr; mother-in-law, Artie Lea; three grandchildren, Haydn, Huntley and Haisley Rushing; and a host of nieces and nephews.
